Online Payments
Online payments offers the most convenient way to pay your bill. Online payments is an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction that provides same day payment credit if received before 2:00PM CST. Make a payment online.

Recurring Debit
Direct debit is a hassle-free way to set up payment for your account with us. To have your account drafted electronically each month, please download and submit our direct debit authorization form here.

Payment by Mail
Payments are credited to your account when they are received in our office. To expedite posting your payment, please include your account number with your payment. We accept personal or business checks, money orders or cashier’s checks. (Please do not send cash.)

Payment by Phone
A payment may be taken over the phone by calling Customer Service at 888.687.4900. Payments are taken as an ACH transaction and provides same day payment if received by 2:00PM CST. A $9.95 processing fee applies.

Payment by Fax
Payments are credited to your account if received by 2:00PM CST. There is a $9.95 processing fee for payment by fax To pay by fax, download the Check By Fax form here. The completed form should be faxed to 847.735.0254.
